As an interior site supervisor at Collins India, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in AutoCAD and 3ds Max while overseeing the execution of our interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to ensure project plans and drawings are accurately implemented on-site.
2. Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide solutions to challenges that may arise.
4. Maintain thorough documentation of project milestones, changes, and approvals.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
6. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes.
