About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify potential sales opportunities
2. Generate leads proactively and create a pipeline through outbound prospecting
3. Provide initial sales contact and assess prospects' business needs using a consultative approach
4. Manage the pipeline, focusing on top-of-the-funnel activity and guiding deals through selling and closing stages
5. Communicate the company's value proposition effectively via calls and online meetings tailored to prospective customers' needs
6. Create and manage qualified opportunities within the CRM system
7. Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and quality
8. Collaborate with regional Pre-Sales Engineers during the sales cycle for technical assistance and management
9. Achieve or exceed assigned activity and revenue targets as outlined in the Compensation Plan
10. Focus on job segments such as BCDR, DMS, workflow management, cloud solutions, and virtualization

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication

1. Degree in science or engineering or business administration

2. Good command of English

3. 1-2 years experience

4. Working knowledge of IT products, preferably solution selling

5. Good phone ethics
