1. Proven experience as a sales counselor or similar role, preferably in a night shift setting. (Freshers can also apply)
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in mandatory. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
5. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
6. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy: Candidates must have access to their own reliable computer, phone, and internet connection suitable for remote work.
