The USA Accounting Department is responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations for the United States region. The team's primary responsibilities include:
Accounting Operations:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Review and finalize accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for global subsidiaries.
Reconciliations & Analysis:
Perform bank reconciliations, inter company reconciliations, and other critical account reconciliations.
Analyze financial discrepancies and provide actionable solutions.
Audits & Controls:
Support internal and external audits by providing required data and clarifications.
Implement and monitor financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and work on automating manual tasks.
Stay updated on global accounting practices and incorporate best practices into processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with international stakeholders, finance teams, to ensure smooth operations.
Respond to queries and resolve issues related to accounting and finance.

MIS and other financial statement preparation for Indian entity and local accounting partiallySkills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and international accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Qualifications:
Education: Inter CA, CA, or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
Additional Certifications (preferred): CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
