Key Responsibilities:

1. The role involves third-party collections, specifically focused on gym membership dues.
2. Your primary responsibility will be to contact payment defaulters and recover overdue payments through regular follow-ups, negotiations, and other methods.
3. You will guide debtors by maintaining clear communication, offering flexible payment solutions, and assisting them in settling their outstanding amounts.
4. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.
5. Previous experience in collections or customer service is advantageous and will enhance your suitability for the position.

Others:

Transport: Pick-up drop from Mira Road to Office; Pick-up drop from Thane Station to Office;
Additional Transport Reimbursement for employees not availing transport; Home drop for employees as per boundary during odd hours. There is no transport facility for FPC.
