Key Responsibilities:
Perform outbound and inbound calls to ensure timely collection of payments.
Negotiate payment schedules and resolve any account issues.
Document all interactions in the system accurately and follow up on unresolved matters.
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in US collections or an international voice process role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
