Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from Amazon customers regarding inquiries, orders, and product support.
Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
Previous customer service experience is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
