About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Global Ebook Distribution: Ensure ebook listings are successfully published through Ingram for worldwide availability.
2. Coordinate Kindle Listings via Ingram: Oversee the seamless integration and listing of ebooks on Kindle through Ingram's platform.
3. Facilitate Google Playbook Listings: Handle ebook distribution and metadata management for Google Play.
4. Maintain Comprehensive Listing Records: Create and update an Excel sheet documenting all ebook listings across platforms.
5. Track Ebook Progress: Maintain an Excel sheet ensuring accurate status updates.
6. Identify & Resolve Listing Errors: Document and highlight file and cover errors in Ingram listings, ensuring compliance with platform standards.
7. Communicate with Authors: Send timely emails with relevant links and updates, ensuring authors have complete visibility on their ebook status.
8. Provide Author Support: Conduct calls with authors to address queries and clarify distribution-related concerns.
