Job Description: JP Tokyo is seeking dynamic and experienced International Sales Executives to spearhead our expansion into the vibrant markets of Australia and South Africa. As an International Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by identifying and engaging with prospective clients, primarily through coldcalling.
Key responsibilities:
1. Cold-Calling: Utilize your expertise in cold-calling to reach out to potential clients across various industries including BFSI, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, and more in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa
2. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through effective prospecting, data-mining, and territory C account planning
3. Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs, articulate JP Tokyo's value proposition, and schedule meetings for the sales team
4. Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of JP Tokyo's services and solutions to potential clients
5. Shift Flexibility: Be willing to work in either Australian shift or European shift timings to ensure seamless communication with clients in different time zones
6. IT Services Knowledge: Leverage your prior knowledge or experience in the IT services industry to better understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on cold calling in markets like North America, Europe, and Australia
3. Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets
4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency in English is a must; additional language proficiency is a plus
6. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions preferred
Note: This is an onsite position and currently no cab or meal service is provided. So, the candidate should be able to commute on their own to the office location at Tilak Nagar, Delhi.
