Knowledge of Client Product to Support
Min 6months of experience in a Customer Service Facing Role
Description :

6 Months Customer Support Experience
Meeting KPI targets of current Client role
No current documentation for behavioural/professionalism or absenteeism issues
Experience in [Voice/Messaging/Chat Support]
Previous experience in Customer Service preferably on the Hospitality industry
Language :

Language requirement depending on the region - e.g., B2 proficiency
level
