Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

American English English Proficiency (Spoken)

Learn Business Communication

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
