Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our team. As an Interventional Cardiologist, you will provide specialized care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, utilizing advanced interventional techniques. This is a full-time position based in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
MD or DNB in Cardiology.
1 to 3 years of experience in Interventional Cardiology.
Experience in performing interventional procedures, such as angioplasty and stenting.
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and treatment options.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Valid medical license to practice in India.
Board certification in Cardiology is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Performing interventional cardiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and catheterization.
Diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks, angina, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease.
Consulting with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitoring and providing post-procedure care to patients.
Reviewing patient medical histories and performing physical examinations.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms and stress tests.
Educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
Participating in clinical research and staying up-to-date with advancements in interventional cardiology.
Mentoring and supervising junior medical staff and trainees.
