1. Inventory Coordination & Management:
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to issue Purchase Orders (PO) and receive physical stock as per purchase orders.
- Accurately count, inspect, and record inventory, including identifying and documenting any defects in incoming stock.
- Maintain proper storage of materials in designated locations to ensure its safety and ease of accessibility.
2. Stock Movements & Reporting:
- Issue materials based on sales orders and ensure accurate transaction records in the inventory control system.
- Monitor purchase orders, track the supply chain, and ensure smooth production operations.
- Prepare regular reports for inward and outward inventory movements, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
3. Cycle Counting & Organization:
- Perform periodic inventory cycle counts to maintain updated records.
- Keep workspaces, storage areas, and inventory locations organized, clean, and safe.
4. General Duties:
- Support the team with additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth inventory operations.
