Inventory Coordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Product management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking stock levels and organizing products for easy access.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

2. Packing:
- Ensure all products are packed securely and in accordance with company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.

3. Dispatch management:
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of products, working closely with courier services and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor the dispatch process and update records to reflect the current status of outgoing shipments.

4. Quality control:
- Inspect products for quality before packing and dispatch to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Address any issues related to product defects or packaging problems.

5. Order fulfillment:
- Manage the process of picking, packing, and dispatching orders, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any order-related queries or issues.

6. Store maintenance:
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and safe, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are well-maintained.
- Implement best practices for product storage to maximize space utilization and maintain product quality.
