Inventory Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help us manage inventory well across centers.
2. Manage the consumption of products and consumables at different centers.
3. Strict supervision.
4. Knowledge of dispatch, courier services, transportation, and logistics.
5. Ensuring reconciliation of products across centers, cross verification.
6. Maintain voucher registers/warehouse registers for all centers.
7. Weekly/monthly inventory audit.
8. Perform daily analysis to predict inventory problems.
9. Prepare detailed reports on Inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
10. Define benchmarks and check unnecessary use or wastage of products.
11. Generate purchase orders to vendors for every order.
12. Help us in designing and implementing an Inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
