We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at our seed processing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of seeds, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely ordering and receipt of inventory
- Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and shipping of inventory
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes
- Analyze inventory data to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Supervise and train inventory staff
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Develop and implement inventory management reports and dashboards

*Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in inventory management
- Experience in the seed industry or agriculture preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Proficient in inventory management software and systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Preferably Male
