About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment analysis: Support the due diligence process to evaluate investment opportunities, analyze business plans and financial statements, interact with founders and industry experts, and present comprehensive investment theses.
2. Sector insights: Map and prioritize various business models within our focus sectors, keep track of key developments and identify potential investment opportunities.
3. Transaction execution: Work on live transactions with senior management, handle client interactions independently, and collaborate with founding teams.
4. Transaction collaterals: Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, and financial models.
5. Transaction analysis: Conduct comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, and M&A screening.
6. Investor relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the investor community, showcasing relevant opportunities.

There will be a 3-6 month probation period during which a different salary will be offered.
