Investment Manager - Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
2. Work on scheduling and conducting a property site visit
3. Build good working relationships with clients
4. Work on intermediate negotiation processes between the owner and the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
5. Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
6. Expand the offline broker network and maintain healthy relations aimed towards better or swift deal closing
7. Develop Azuro as a brand by ensuring service standards are in line with company policies

Required:

1. Experience: Fresher - 2 years
2. 2 wheeler is compulsory
3. Good communication skills
