The duties listed are intended to depict the general nature and level of work. This is a partial list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills which may be required. The Analyst will perform the following responsibilities with discretionary action and limited supervision.
Key responsibilities:
1. Invoice processing and invoice conversion from PDFs / Images (data scraping)
2. Upload/data entry to customer prosperity systems
3. Understand and navigate insurance websites/portals to download invoices
4. Follow schedules to download and upload invoices
5. Develop, publish and communicate status updates in a clear and concise way
6. Maintain and update notes on invoice downloading and converting processes
7. Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
8. Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as necessary, and work with multiple priorities
9. Use and test software, and work directly with development teams to continually improve the platform
Other requirements:
1. PDF scraping/altering skills
2. Data entry skills
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with stellar attention to detail
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another equivalent tool for data analysis and manipulation
5. Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
6. Good written and verbal communication, be able to communicate with both onsite and remote teams
7. Ability to exercise sound judgment to resolve issues, including appropriate individuals in the decision-making process
Skills required:
1. Excel macro knowledge
2. Experience with clients based out of the USA
3. Experience in the benefits administration domain
4. Exposure to six sigma/Lean methodologies
