Key responsibilities:

1. Provide first-level support for Windows OS, MAC, Google Workspace
2. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops
3. Assist with the basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and other networking equipment
4. Assist in setting up LAN/WAN connections, ensuring proper connectivity, and resolving network-related issues
5. Implement and manage systems for employee time tracking and background checks
6. Evaluate and recommend new systems and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
7. Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees, ensuring proper configuration and installation of necessary software
8. Candidate must be aware of Zoho
