IT Administrator Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
2. Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
3. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
4. CCTV Management - Keep the CCTV up and Running
5. Creating user accounts and performing access control.
6. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
7. Manage the company's Email ID Admin panel.
8. Manage Switch, Router, and networking ports and also manage Internet-related issues and networking in the office, Manage Sonicwall Firewall
9. All the IT Related payment liaisoning for example Spectra Internet, Tata Toll Free, Adobe Renewal, Kyocera Printer, G Suite Billing
10. Manage IVR, User Management, and Different Module as per requirement and resolve complaints via coordinating with the IVR Team
11. Manage Rented Laptop - Raise tickets and liaisoning the Laptops
12. Printer Management - Maintain and Manage the 2 Network Printer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
2. At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
3. Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
4. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
