IT Client Management Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the organization
2. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and technology needs, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive business outcomes
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
4. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review project progress, address any issues or concerns, and gather feedback on their experience with our products and services
5. Coordinate the resolution of client issues and escalations, working with internal teams to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner
6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients, and collaborate with sales teams to pursue these opportunities
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and account activities using CRM software
8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT client management, and share insights with clients and internal teams
