JOB OVERVIEW :-
Accurate Powertech India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Engineer Hardware to join our team. As an IT Engineer Hardware, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the hardware infrastructure of our company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in hardware and software, along with strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :-
1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Engineer Hardware & Networking or similar role
Strong knowledge of hardware principles and components
Proficiency in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of network, server, and storage systems
Familiarity with software systems and applications
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications in hardware and networking will be a plus

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components and peripherals
Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of system uptime and availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions
Perform regular hardware maintenance, upgrades, and repairs
Ensure data security and system backups
Assist end-users with hardware and software issues
Document and maintain hardware inventory and related documentation
Stay updated with the latest hardware and technology trends
