Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
2. Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, cybersecurity)
3. Lead software development, testing, and deployment
4. Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT team
5. Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
6. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Technical expertise in:

- IT service management (ITIL)

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Certifications (optional): CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL
