IT Recruiter Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and developing job descriptions and specifications
2. Collaborating across teams and clients to compile a consistent list of requirements
3. Attracting suitable candidates through LinkedIn, online employment forums, social media, etc.
4. Understanding the requirements, CV shortlisting conducting initial interviews, and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
5. Assessing the applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
6. Coordinating with internal team, candidates, and consultants for interviews and closing positions
7. Intermittent in personal meetings or virtual and telecalls with clients
8. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
9. Providing recruitment reports to team managers
10. Any other ad-hoc activities required as and when required by the company

Desired profile:

1. Experience range - 1 to 2 years in IT Recruitment. Immediate joiners to 10 days joining preferred
2. Even Freelancers/Part-time consultants interested in full-time opportunities can apply
3. Bachelors in any stream
4.Ready for WFO (Borivali Location)
5. Intermittent visits to clients
6. Experience in recruitment consultancy would be a plus
7. Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
8. Should possess good communication skills
9. Should possess an eye for detail and a proactive mindset
10. Good interpersonal skills
