Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier IT talent. The IT Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining high-caliber candidates to meet our company's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of online platforms, networking events, job fairs, and other creative sourcing methods.
3. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
6. Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates to create a talent pool for future opportunities.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
9. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
10. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
