IT Sales Operations Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales operations strategies to support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales operations team, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and order processing
3. Design and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
4. Establish and maintain sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership
5. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales quotas, territories, and incentive programs that drive performance and motivate the sales team
6. Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives, and facilitate the implementation of lead generation and nurturing strategies
7. Manage CRM system administration, including data management, user training, and system enhancements to support sales and marketing activities
8. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth, such as sales process improvements, sales enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
