Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team at AIR India, Manesar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong background in end-user support, particularly in a dynamic environment involving various aviation professionals such as air hostesses, senior staff, and pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide user support on Active Directory (AD).
Offer first-level support for Azure, cloud services, and networking issues.
Assist air hostesses, senior staff, and pilots in using technology applications effectively.
Deliver comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ITrelated issues.
Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex problems.
Maintain documentation of support activities, including incident and problem management records.
Ensure a high level of customer service and user satisfaction. Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD) management and support.
Experience with Azure, cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide support in a high-pressure environment.
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including non-technical users.
