IT Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on all phases of the software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing, and support
2. Review and analyze system specifications
3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
4. Work with the development team to correct bugs and errors

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and team members
2. Curious and progressive mind to create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
3. Good technical knowledge to produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed
4. In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
5. Strong coding logic
6. Familiarity with PHP Laravel or React
7. Knowledge of relational database management systems will be an added advantage
8. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
9. Good communication skills
10. Attention to detail
11. Qualifications: Bachelor in computer science/IT and equivalent, 0-6 months experience
