Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that conforms to best practices and standards
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, designers, and other developers to identify business requirements and develop software solutions.
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, unit test plans, and release notes
4. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
5. Oversee and mentor junior developers
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development
