We are looking for an enthusiastic technical trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. The technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples
2. Clarify students queries and doubts about the course content
3. Prepare the training materials and assessments
4. Use hands-on training approaches to make the material easier to learn
5. Design various reports depicting the progress of trainees to drive managerial decisions
Requirements:
1. Any graduate/postgraduate having 1+ years of experience in imparting Java technical training/mentoring
2. Proficient with the software development process
3. Must have hands-on and training experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, JPA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, web architecture, database and Maven
4. Should know about Eclipse, JPA, Tomcat, and SVN
5. Possess exceptional communication/presentation skills
6. Ability to explain technical information in everyday language
7. Self-motivated and a team player passionate about technology and have excellent analytical and logical skills
8. Qualification: Graduate/ postgraduate (B.Tech, BCA, or MCA would be preferred)
Skill required :
1. Diverse & cross-cultural with good communication and interpersonal skills with an affinity for interacting with new people
2. Young, dynamic & fully enthusiastic while taking classes, and a fast learner of new technologies easily
3. Complete knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress & Bootstrap
4. Complete knowledge of JavaScript & JQuery
5. Complete knowledge of web hosting & portfolio web portal development
6. Complete knowledge of ReactJS
7. Complete knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java
8. Complete knowledge of Spring Web MVC, Spring Boot & Hibernate
9. Complete knowledge of any RDBMS
10. Open to travel and relocation in PAN India
