About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Java training programs for various levels, from beginners to advanced learners
2. Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance practical skills and knowledge in Java programming and full-stack development
3. Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and coding exercises
4. Assess and evaluate trainees' progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the training curriculum
6. Collaborate with the HR and technical teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs for corporate training
7. Mentor and support interns, helping them integrate into the development team and providing guidance on their projects

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners

5. Familiarity with modern development tools, frameworks, and methodologies

6. Certification in Java programming or related technologies is a plus
