About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee diamond selection and grading to ensure alignment with design specifications, 4Cs standards, and budget constraints
2. Coordinate production processes to meet timelines and ensure accurate translation of designs into finished jewelry
3. Inspect finished products for craftsmanship, polish, and adherence to brand standards
4. Implement quality control protocols and promptly address any defects or inconsistencies
5. Analyze and resolve recurring issues, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and output
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory, quality inspections, and budget management
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal benchmarks
8. Manage supplies and collaborate with procurement teams to secure high-quality, cost-effective materials
9. Provide regular reports on quality metrics, production output, and budget adherence

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Have experience in jewelry production, quality control, or diamond grading, with hands-on experience in a workshop or factory setting preferred

2. Possess in-depth knowledge of jewellery production processes, focusing on diamond and gemstone quality (4Cs)

3. Be proficient in diamond assortment

4. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite

5. Have familiarity with inventory and cost management software or tools (a plus)

6. Show strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality inspection

7. Exhibit effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of defects and cost overruns

8. Possess excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration across teams
