Key responsibilities:
1. Call on leads received every day
2. Understand what type of artists are required by clients
3. Generate revenue by converting them into sales
4. Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
5. Respond quickly to assigned leads, filter them, and try to close the max deals
6. Work on and achieve targets
7. Utilize and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
