As a Jr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of junior staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of railway construction and maintenance
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to conduct inspections and audits
Strong supervisory and scheduling abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
