About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting support:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.

2. Zoho books management:
- Utilize Zoho Books to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry within Zoho Books.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

3. Inventory management:
- Support inventory tracking and management to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and maintaining inventory records.
- Help in managing inventory orders, receipts, and shipments.

4. Financial analysis:
- Assist in analyzing financial data to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports on financial performance and inventory status.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and inventory analysis.

5. Compliance and documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and accessible documentation for all financial transactions and inventory records.
- Support internal and external audit processes as needed.

6. Learning and development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance accounting and inventory management skills.
- Gain exposure to various aspects of financial operations within the company.
- Work closely with experienced professionals to develop practical knowledge and expertise.

Other requirements

1. Education:

    - Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.

2. Experience:

    - Experience with Zoho Books and inventory management is required.

    - Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
