Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing journal entries and general ledger operations
2. Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
3. Paying monthly payroll and drawing up monthly financial reports
4. Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts
5. Preparing analysis of accounts as requested
6. Assisting with monthly closings and year end closings
7. Working under the supervision of a senior accountant or accounting manager
