Key responsibilities:

1. Provide general administrative support to the office, including admin emails and correspondence.
2. Maintain invoices.
3. Maintain office supplies inventory and placed orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
4. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
5. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
6. Assist in managing databases and spreadsheets.
7. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
8. Handle inquiries and provide information to employees professionally.
