Key responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative team members with direction, guidance, and assistance
2. Guarantee that administrative chores are completed efficiently and effectively, assign tasks, establish targets, and keep an eye on performance
3. Encourage teamwork and professional development by fostering a friendly and cooperative work atmosphere
4. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative responsibilities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting planning
5. Maintain accurate and conveniently available information, and keep up with vital documents, files, and databases
6. Improve workflow and efficiency, develop and execute administrative strategies, procedures, and systems
7. Resolve client problems and assist them with all their queries
8. Assist in the administrative department's budget planning and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources
9. Review and handle purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational norms
10. Identify possibilities for process improvement and put actions in place to improve administrative procedures and systems
11. Stay updated on business trends and best practices, incorporating advancements into administrative procedures
