Key responsibilities:

1. Design buildings & spaces as per latest codes, rules & regulations and standards.
2. Work with CAD tools for increased productivity like Revit, Photoshop & Sketch up etc.
3. Prepare drawings with complete documentation works.
4. Coordinate with client, site, and design teams and prepare minutes of the meeting.
5. Prepare estimates.
6. Work on different types of materials and specifications.
7. Visit construction sites and prepare reports.
