About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist principal architect
2. Must know Autocad
3. Must be able to do 3D views
4. Should take responsibility for work and complete projects on time
5. Attend client meetings and give design presentations
6. Must be creative but practical
7. Coordinate with the site to make sure work is going as per design specs
8. Must be able to visit the site as and when required

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Experience with commercial projects

2. Experience in designing for brownfield projects as well as greenfield projects

3. Experience doing hospital projects and understanding interiors and MEP for hospitals

4. Must be able to coordinate with the MEP team

5. Candidate to have at least internship experience doing commercial projects
