Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architect to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Junior Architect, you will contribute to the design and development of various architectural projects, focusing on 3D elevation, rendering, and communication. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role
Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit, BIM)
Strong ability in 3D elevation and rendering
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience working on high-rise buildings is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist senior architects and designers in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs
Create 3D elevations and renderings to visualize design concepts
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes
Communicate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Contribute to design presentations and client meetings
Participate in site visits and inspections
