1. Cultivating relationships with customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
2. Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
3. Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
4. Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited sales representatives
5. Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations
6. Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
7. Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
8. Reviewing sales performance
9. Analyzing and maintaining the sales reports
10. Working towards monthly or annual targets
11. Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Requirements:
1. Freshers/1 year of experience in sales/customer service
2. Proficiency in English and Hindi
3. Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
5. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
6. Fast learner and passion for sales
7. Self-motivated and driven by targets
8. Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
