1. Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
2. Monitoring progress and compiling reports on project status
3. Receiving materials: Receiving materials from vendors ensures they are the correct quantity, quality, and condition.
4. Storing materials: Stocks materials in a way that makes them easy to access and maintain. They also ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
5. Issuing materials: Issues materials to the issue department.
6. Maintaining records: Keeps records of deliveries, dispatch, entries, and exits.
7. Inventory control: Implements inventory control measures to reduce loss, damage, and theft.
8. Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the store area clean and orderly.
9. Fulfilling requests: Fulfill requests for materials and equipment from different departments or project teams.
1. Mandatory: Two-wheelers with a valid driving license.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
