1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Site Engineer in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
