Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to building services and civil construction
2. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
3. Monitor and report on project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality
4. Manage and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
6. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets project specifications and standards
7. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and documentation
8. Implement and enforce quality control procedures and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
9. Manage site logistics, including the delivery and storage of materials
10. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project
11. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers
12. Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
Qualifications:
1. Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience as a site supervisor in building services and civil construction
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed
