We are seeking a creative and motivated 'Junior Communications Designer' to join our team. As a Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for our three brands. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various design projects, including digital and print media, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand communications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the creation and execution of design concepts for our three brands
2. Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms
4. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
5. Support the senior designers in various design tasks and projects
6. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
8. Work with the design team to create and execute designs for:
- Branding & visual identity collaterals
- Communication design
- Website communication collaterals
The junior designer will work across three fashion brands curated for different demographics. An interest in fashion and fashion communication is essential.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
2. Knowledge of animation and 3D design software
3. Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Hindi is a plus
4. Proactive problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills
5. Proficiency in design and editing software
