Key responsibilities:

1. Secretarial compliances as required under Companies Act 2013 & Secretarial Standards
2. Filing forms- FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA under FEMA laws and RBI Act and Liasoning with AD
3. Drafting share subscription/shareholders agreement and other legal documents in M&A and takeover assignment.
4. Legal and secretarial due diligence.
5. Advising on corporate governance
