The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully closing residential and/or commercial property deals. Key responsibilities:
1. Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.

3. Sales & negotiation: Negotiate property sales, guiding clients through the buying or selling process to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
4. Market knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to provide clients with accurate information.
5. Lead generation: Utilize your network, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies to find potential buyers and sellers.
6. Open houses & showings: Organize and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers.
7. Transaction management: Oversee the contract process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Marketing strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings, generate interest, and create strategic marketing plans for clients.
9. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike.
