Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify New Business Opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential new clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets and company goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs.

4. Presentations and Product Demos
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company's offerings.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.

5. Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

7. Sales Reporting
- Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback to management.
- Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.

8. Collaboration with Teams
- Coordinate with product, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.
- Share insights and feedback to help improve the product and customer experience.

9. Market Analysis and Feedback
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on potential improvements and new product features.
